For all deals with the seller the following terms of conditions are valid only.
Deflecting conditions are only valid if the seller signed them in written form.
By sending an order the buyer accepts the following conditions.
Acceptance is shown by a written order confirmation by the seller.
If nothing else is written in the order confirmation or within the prices in the online shop, all product prices are in Kunas including the legal VAT in Croatia. Shop prices in € and US$ are informative and will be converted into Croatian Kunas in checkout page. The product prices do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated additionally and among shown in the shopping cart.
The goods will be delivered to courier within 7 working days. Shipping rates are shown in the cart. Delivery times shown are informative. Seller can not guarantee the delivery times. You can leave special delivery instructions in the blank box during your ordering process. It is extremely important your shipping details and phone number are correct.
The seller accepts the following methods of payment: online payments, wired payments, credit cards and cash.
Payment Gateway used for collecting credit cards online is WSPay. WSPay is a secure online payment system for credit and debit cards processing in real time.WSPay provides customers and the merchant with secure enrollment and transfer of the tab data entered, as well as the PCI DSS certificate that WSPay has. WSPay uses 256-bit encryption SSL certificate and TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest degree of data protection and data security. Accepted cards: VISA, Mastercard and Maestro. We do not collect or store any credit cards information.
Currency conversion statement
The main currency of the shop is Croatian Kuna (HRK). Additional currencies are € and USD. The prices in € and USD are obtained through the conversion of the price in Croatian Kuna (HRK) into € or US$ according to the current exchange rate of the European Central Bank. The prices in € and US$ are informative. In check out page all currencies are converted into Kunas. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site
5. ORDER CONFIRMATION
After heaving completed succesfully your order you will receive confirmation that you have placed it correctly. After that you will be asked to make the payment. The seller will deliver the goods only after heaving received payment notice from the bank or credit card authorisation.
The invoice will be sent to a customer together with tracking number of the shipment after heaving received payment notice and after the goods are delivered to a courier.
6. DAMAGE ON TRANSIT
Any breakages will be replaced free of charge, providing the carrier has been informed at the time of delivery. We must be advised of breakages or shortages within two days of the delivery date.
7. CANCELLATION & RETURNS
You have the right to cancel your order, for any reason, within two working days from the day you receive the goods .Only unopened goods can be subject of returnes. You will however have to pay the cost of returning the goods . We will refund the balance of your money within 30 days after heaving received the ruturned goods. The cost payed for shipment can not be refunded.
All personal details will be kept strictly private and confidential and will not be shared with any other party. Personal data you have provided by registration are used only for shipping the orders and seller marketing purposes. Your personal data can be deleted from our system by sending an E-mail to: email@example.com
